Irving Montgomery holds a degree in Business Administration from UNC Greensboro and a Master’s in Higher Education from Appalachian State University. Before joining the Release Recovery team, he led undergraduate engagement efforts at Kappa Delta Rho National Fraternity, supporting student leadership and personal development across the country. Outside of work, Irving serves as a high school wrestling coach!
