Creed went to treatment and got sober at a facility called Discovery Place in November of 2017. Shortly after completing the program, he was hired onto the treatment team, where he worked directly with men in recovery. He was later recruited to join the adolescent program at Cumberland Heights, where he held a clinical position working with boys aged 14–18. and was promoted to a team leader/supervisor role, during which he supported the program’s transition to a new campus and helped launch a new initiative called ARCH Academy.
In 2021, Creed transitioned into an admissions role with Promises Behavioral Health. Although based in Nashville, he assisted individuals in accessing treatment at our various facilities across the country. In 2022, he was promoted to the senior team.
